Pricing – Tennis

** 1st Class trial lesson is FREE

New student will be assessed during their free trial lesson.   Our coaches will evaluate his/her skills and ability and children will be assigned to the best ideal class that fits his/her age and ability.  

Payment Method
Cheque ONLY make payable to “Hong Kong International Tennis Academy Ltd”

Referral Program
1 referral = 5% discount, and so on.
The discount is a one time discount credited toward the next up-coming tuition fee. After that, tuition will be back to normal without the discount.

No Show Policy
6 hours notice must be given to the Coach for no show due to sickness, or other reasons. Last minute call or no show without notice will be charged.

Make-up Lesson
Please call if you cannot attend class and wants to schedule a make-up lesson. All make up classes must be taken within 4 weeks. Maximum of 3 absents are allowed per session. If players cannot attend the arranged make-up lesson (within 4 weeks), that lesson will be forfeited.

If your child needs to take a leap of absence once session begin, parent must submit a written application by email explaining the nature of the absence.

Rain Cancellation Policy
Classes will be cancelled in the event of rain. I will notify each parent by SMS text ONE hour before class time to confirm. You may call me to confirm as well.

For cancellation of classes due to rain or typhoon, the tuition fee for that lesson will, by default, be used to off-set the tuition fee for one lesson in the following session. Alternatively, parents may opt to arrange a make-up lesson during the same session.

Public Holiday
No class on Public holidays

Refund Policy
No refund is available once session has begun.

Class Size
1:6 ratio

45 Min Class
In the event of only 3 kids or less shows up, class time will be reduced to 45 minutes for the benefit of the children.
